| 抄録 | 【目的】彩の国連携力育成プロジェクト（saipe）は城西大学，埼玉県立大学，埼玉医科大学，日本工業大学および埼玉県が，地域住民の暮らしを支える連携力を育成するための教育方法を開発・研究を行っている。情報通信技術（ICT）を駆使した医療診療などは，今後の医療福祉の発展のために欠かせない。しかしながら，そのような医療福祉を想定した教育技術はいまだ発展途上である。本研究では，saipeにおける多職種連携教育（IPE）やその活動をオンラインで行う際の特徴を明らかにし臨床の場に生かしていくことを目的に，オンライン演習後のアンケート調査結果を基に，多職種のオンライン教育活動の有用性や対面との相違点を考察した。【方法】アンケート参加者は，saipeの共通科目である多職種連携実践（IPW）演習に参加した学生とした。本研究は城西大学の「人を対象とする医学系研究倫理審査委員会」にて承認された方法（人医倫２０２０－１８A）に基づいてアンケート調査した。アンケートはe-learningシステムから回答を求めた。オンライン演習ツールは，Zoomを用いて実施した。なお，オンライン演習の質を評価するために対面演習におけるアンケート調査と比較した。【結果】オンライン演習は，対面の演習に比べて患者情報を得ることが難しく，学生は患者に寄添うための態度を発揮することが難しかった。加えて，学生が講義等で学んで備えている専門性を発揮させにくかった。一方，オンライン演習は患者の気持ちに配慮することや倫理に配慮する学びや気付きは，対面の演習に比べて高かった。【考察】ICTを利用した学生の演習は，事前学習などを取り入れて演習環境を整え，ファシリテータの介入が重要だと考えられた。医療福祉を今後発展させるためには，オンラインでの利点や欠点を理解させ，このような演習を経験することが臨床現場で実践するまでに有用だと考えられた。Introduction: Saitama interprofessional education (Saipe) refers to the development of educational methods that foster the ability to collaborate in supporting daily life. In recent times, medical technologies based on information and communication technology have become essential for the future development of medical care and welfare. However, there are few educational approaches that anticipate the development of these medical technologies. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted to clarify the characteristics of the learning effects when interprofessional education (IPE) when delivered remotely through an online system. Methods: The study participants were students who had participated in common subject exercises at Saipe. The questionnaires were administered via an e-learning system, and an online exercise tool was developed using Zoom. Results: Online exercises made it more difficult to obtain patient information compared to face-to-face exercises, and students had difficulty demonstrating their attitude toward patients. However, online exercises were more effective than face-to-face exercises in terms of fostering student learning and raising awareness of the need to consider patients' feelings and ethics. Discussion: Informational and facilitator interventions were important for effective online exercise. |
